Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team at our Port Salford site on a full-time permanent basis. This role is fully office-based.
Salary: £26,000 per annum.
Working hours: Monday - Friday rotating shifts (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00). Flexibility to cover weekends when required.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced friendly environment, providing a professional and dedicated service.
Job Responsibilities
* Answering emails for both internal and external personnel.
* Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
* Meeting customer and client expectations.
* Resolving customer and client queries.
* Order keying on SAP.
* Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
* Providing various reports for clients in a timely manner.
* ATP control for order releasing.
* Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
* Performing other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
* Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good geographical knowledge.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Order processing experience.
* Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude.
