Role Summary
A hands-on leadership role with responsibility for delivering sustainable operational performance, supporting current service delivery, and enabling future growth. This position acts as a key liaison between multiple functions across clinical and administrative teams, ensuring effective coordination and consistently high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of new occupational health contracts from signature to business-as-usual, excluding those involving site-specific provision.
Ensure efficient, scalable operational processes by continuously reviewing and enhancing workflows.
Provide leadership and line management to operational teams, including regular performance reviews aligned with service standards and contractual expectations.
Promote team alignment and shared goals across departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Oversee adherence to clinically guided processes and operational protocols.
Ensure operational compliance with ISO standards (9001, 45001, 23001) and SEQOHS accreditation.
Deliver general HR management within operational teams, including performance, absence, and development oversight.
Collaborate with Contract Managers to respond to client feedback and exceed service expectations.
Maintain a strong understanding of each client’s contractual obligations to ensure accurate service delivery.
