Salary & Package
£36,412 - £40,603 without overtime. Starting Salary: £32,381 - £36,353 dependent on experience, Annual Bonus: approx £2,000 - £2,500, 5.5% Pension Contribution: approx £1,781 - £1,999.

Working Hours & Leave
* 42.5 hours per week, Mon‑Fri only & NO on‑call work.
* Door‑to‑door pay including all driving time.
* No depot reporting – you go straight to your job from home.
* Limited stay‑aways, with bonuses/annual leave for >3 overnights per quarter.
* 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays; 25 days after 5 years.

Role Responsibilities
* Independently investigate and repair external water supplies.
* Logically establish ownership and liability based on leak location.
* Communicate proactively with our Field Operations Team at HQ.
* Deliver clear explanations to customers, giving them peace of mind.
* Work effectively with other engineers as required.
Preferred Experience (Qualifications)
* Leak detection (listen‑stick, ground mic, etc.).
* Trenchless installation via moling (not essential).
* 20mm–32mm service laying.
* Creation of new 'point of entry.'
* Use of CAT scanner to identify buried services and trace existing metallic supply.
* Reinstatement of surfaces including paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac, concrete, etc.
* Clear DBS and driving licence.
