Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Finance Product Owner Lead, the Finance Product Owner will work closely with the SAP Basis Team, the internal Finance Team, and third-party providers including SAP, Coupa, and Bottomline. They will provide functional expertise on the applications and processes used in Finance at Allwyn. Responsibilities include supporting the Finance Systems team, understanding and documenting business requirements, prioritizing feature backlogs, collaborating with architects and developers, and ensuring application functionality aligns with business needs. They will also coordinate with the Service Delivery team on incident and problem resolution to ensure optimal service levels.
Role Responsibilities:
* Provide functional expertise on Finance systems such as SAP (FICO), Coupa (P2P), and Bottomline PTX (BACS).
* Collaborate with business owners and end users to define strategy and develop roadmaps for Finance applications.
* Work with application owners to scope, design, and prioritize new features.
* Coordinate with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy new features into production.
* Ensure applications comply with privacy regulations and security standards.
* Monitor KPIs and analyze data to measure product success.
* Support incident and problem management to minimize business impact.
* Identify trends in incidents and work proactively to reduce recurrence.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Functional expertise in SAP FICO, including managing integrations with other systems.
* Experience with Coupa P2P and Bottomline PTX.
* Experience with SAP Concur.
* Previous experience as a Product Owner or in product management roles.
* Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle.
* Technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies.
* Experience managing incidents and problems using ITIL v3 methodology.
* Strong second-line support skills.
* Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Commitment to high-quality standards and structured ITIL practices.
* Professional, team-oriented approach with self-motivation.
* Experience in lottery or similar industries is preferred.
* Good organizational skills.
