About the role
A Studio Production Assistant will be focused on databasing product as it comes in and out of the studio. You will play a key role in supporting with the sample movement between studios and coordinating the daily workflow between sites.
Responsibilities
1. Register samples into the studio database, checking existing imagery and systems to assign relevant shoot briefs.
2. Process product around the studio for still life, creative and model shoots.
3. Return samples to multiple Head Office departments and Warehouses.
4. Work closely with the Studio in-house Planning Team to pick samples ready for shoots.
5. Identify stock to shoot on model and support with delivering product to set.
6. Pre-prep samples, to include steaming and ironing.
7. Track and return samples ordered through the Studio account via the Head Office Staff Shop and update relevant trackers.
8. Assist with sample movement between studios and loading vehicles when required.
9. Organise and book 3rd party deliveries where required.
10. Packing samples securely for transit where required.
11. Produce accurate delivery notes for deliveries when required.
12. Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace. To report or deal with any hazards, incidents and accidents.
13. Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
14. You may be required to work at other studio locations on request.
15. Assist in Ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers.
About you
16. Mac/ PC literate & have some level of experience in data input.
17. Have some knowledge of the Next brand.
18. Have experience in a similar role or environment.
19. Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment and as part of the wider studio team.
20. Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and stay focused in a busy studio environment.
21. Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.
22. Have a friendly, helpful and professional manner at all times.
23. Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
24. Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
25. Have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
26. Have the ability to interpret data.
27. Have experience with Google Suite (i.e. Docs & Sheets)
28. Full UK driving license.
