Ramside Hall Hotel are recruiting for an experienced Golf Receptionist to come and join our team.
Just a 5-minute drive from the historic city of Durham, Ramside Hall Hotel and Golf Club is home to two championship golf courses, the Prince Bishops Course and the newly formed Cathedral Course, as well as having one of the best driving ranges in the North East of England.
As part of the Golf Reception team, our Receptionists play a vital role in ensuring our members receive the highest level of customer service.
You are the first impression a member will have upon arrival so providing a warm, friendly, helpful welcome is vital.
The role is predominantly customer facing, but will also require dealing with customers over the telephone and by email.
As the successful Golf Receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring our members receive a friendly and efficient service, booking tee off times, serving in the golf shop, responding effectively to any queries or requests as well as general administration duties.
We are looking for someone who is happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with recent experience of working as a receptionist, as well as having a strong interest and understanding of the principles of golf. You will also need excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being computer literate.
But most importantly, you will have a passion for customer service, and enjoy providing a fantastic service.
Business operating hours are Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 8:00pm. Full time or part time will be considered, the role will involve weekend working.
