Gs Appliance Ltd is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Appliance Repair Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
We are looking for experienced engineers for multi role this is not a trainee position, must have a minimum off 5+ years experience in multi brand repairs to domestic appliances
This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and product longevity. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in appliance repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances including refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, and dishwashers.
* Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on appliances to prevent future breakdowns.
* Provide timely and professional customer service, explaining repairs and maintenance procedures clearly.
* Document all service and repair activities accurately for company records and customer reference.
* Stay updated with the latest appliance technologies, repair techniques, and industry standards.
* Manage parts inventory and order replacements as needed to ensure efficient repair workflows.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during repair and service operations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or in a similar technical role.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in household appliances.
* Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
* Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
* Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to meet customer demands.
