We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dundee for an exciting temporary opportunity supporting our UK and Spanish markets. What You’ll Do As a Key Member Of Our Support Team, You’ll Provide Top-tier Assistance To Customers Using Our Stoneridge Product Range. Your Day-to-day Will Include Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, always with a positive and professional approach. Managing software license renewals and activations, ensuring smooth and timely service. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases to the Support Specialist Team Leader. Processing orders, credit notes, and payments accurately in our systems. Participating in product testing and feedback to help improve our offerings. Supporting sales inquiries and guiding potential customers to the right solutions. Delivering training and updates to customers on new features and products. Translating product documentation and customer communications between Spanish and English. What We’re Looking For Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude. Ability to work from our Dundee office throughout the contract period.
