We are seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Newton-Le-Willows. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing emotional support and fostering meaningful relationships with the children and young people in our care. You will play a crucial role in establishing clear boundaries and routines, creating a nurturing environment that they can genuinely consider their home. As a Residential Support Worker, you will take an active interest in each child and young person’s individual needs and aspirations. Whether their passions lie in sports, cooking, music, or any other area, you will encourage and facilitate their development, helping them to discover and pursue their interests. Empowering our children and young people to build confidence and self-esteem is fundamental to this role.
