Role: Clinical Deputy Manager Location: Halesowen, West Midlands Salary: £41,864.31 per annum Hours: 37.5 per week (100% supernumerary) Occasional nursing shift cover may be required in emergencies. An experienced Clinical Deputy Manager is required to support the leadership of a 24-bed care service near Halesowen town centre. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will guide a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care focused on wellbeing, dignity, and compassion. This is a pivotal leadership position involving collaboration with local healthcare professionals and the wider community to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.
