Your Role

We seek a Vice President level candidate to join the team to help drive the growth of the frog Marketing Strategy & Transformation capability.

As a Vice President, you will take a leadership role in frog UK and be responsible for driving growth of our Marketing Strategy & Transformation capability. You will develop CXO level relationships (with a focus on CMOs, CDOs and Chief Customer Officers) and will oversee key marketing transformation delivery programmes. You will develop strong relationships within frog and with the wider Capgemini Invent industry teams and other service lines both within the UK and globally.

You will help set the direction, drive the business forward, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:

* Developing and executing an effective go‑to‑market strategy for our Marketing Strategy and Transformation capability that will position it for significant growth
* Working with the wider frog Leadership Team Lead to ensure the relevance of our offerings
* Capitalising on relationships already developed with CMOs and developing new ones
* Identifying and building a strong network of contacts at clients, those responsible for design/consulting/advisory programmes, and extending our relationships to become key clients of frog
* Leading multi‑disciplinary teams from across Capgemini in the delivery of large‑scale transformation programmes for clients
* Leading/coordinating frog sales efforts, with a personal business development target of approximately £4m per annum
* Mentoring and coaching junior consultants and contributing to talent development

Externally in the market, you will bring the presence and gravitas to initiate, manage and maintain board and senior management relationships, understand and scope their challenges, and both sell and deliver top‑tier consulting and technology‑enabled business transformation work.

The role requires you to lead clients on the journey to transform the way they engage with their customers, acting as a trusted advisor. You will have a deep understanding of marketing capabilities that deliver true consumer centricity, including data‑driven marketing, marketing operating models and MarTech stacks.

From assessing current capabilities to designing programmes for implementation, you will enjoy a varied and enriching experience that provides opportunities for personal development across industry sectors.

Your Profile

* Experience leading marketing transformation programmes for large‑scale organisations, in the UK and globally
* Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive business growth
* Demonstrated delivery of tangible outcomes from transformational programmes
* Familiarity with leading customer engagement platforms, ideally Salesforce and Adobe
* Experience leading multi‑disciplinary consulting teams in both delivery and offer development
* A strong network of CMOs and marketing executives
* Natural ability to work with senior client executives and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of a top‑tier consulting practice, influencing our offers, knowledge and overall strategic goals

Skillset / Qualifications

* Intellectually strong with an excellent academic background
* Experience working in demanding consulting environments
* Current experience in a major consulting firm, or industry with a consulting background, and proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation
* Demonstrated consulting professionalism and flexibility
* Experience in Consumer Products and/or Financial Services sector
* Familiarity with agile marketing practices and innovation frameworks
* Global experience or exposure to international marketing organisations
* Experience in proposition building and delivery
* Business development – generating approximately £4m in consulting revenues through a combination of existing relationships, company relationships and personal network
