Responsibilities
* Manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including probate, wills, tax planning, trusts, and estate administration.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a solicitor who:
* Essential: 3+ years PQE in Private Client law.
* Essential: Experience in probate, wills, trusts, and estate administration.
* Essential: Strong client care skills, with a compassionate and friendly approach.
* Desirable: STEP qualified or working towards STEP qualification.
* Essential: Able to commute to Windermere.
* Essential: Keen to make a positive impact through their legal work.
Salary & Benefits
* 35-hour work week, with flexibility on working hours.

* Bonus scheme – ¼ of anything brought in after 3x annual salary target is achieved.
