Are you a recent graduate looking to launch an exciting, fast-paced career in executive search? We’re on the lookout for driven individuals to join our growing team, working across the U.S. market from our boutique-style office in the heart of Leeds.

We’re a dynamic executive search firm with a strong presence in the U.S., operating from a stylish, two-floor office in Leeds city centre. We’re part of a group made up of four unique recruitment businesses – each with its own identity, culture, and leadership, creating a diverse and vibrant working environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be trained from the ground up in all aspects of executive search – from sourcing high-level candidates to managing client relationships and negotiating offers. You’ll work on senior-level hires in the U.S., learning the ropes from experienced mentors and contributing to real business from day one.
