Construction Manager – Job Description (ROLES AVAIILABLE IN LONDON AND OXFORD) As a Construction Manager, you will report directly to the Project Manager and take full site-based responsibility for health, safety, and welfare of all operatives. You will lead the site installation in line with the construction programme, from commencement through to testing, commissioning, and final project completion. This is a key leadership role where project success relies on your ability to take full ownership and responsibility. You will work closely with the Principal Contractor, clients, the professional team, and other trades to deliver a snag-free, on-time project, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. All work must align with internal processes and quality assurance standards. You will oversee all health and safety requirements, ensuring appropriate method statements are in place, toolbox talks are delivered weekly, and site activities follow all safety regulations.
