Overview
Full-time on-site role for a Support Worker located in Derby. The Support Worker will assist individuals with daily living activities, provide emotional and practical support, promote independence, work with other healthcare professionals, ensure safeguarding protocols are followed, and maintain detailed records. Daily tasks may include personal care, meal preparation, attending appointments, and engaging in social and recreational activities with clients.
Responsibilities

* Perform tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, attending appointments, and organizing social/recreational activities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Support Work and Technical Support skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of safeguarding practices
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Prior experience in a care environment beneficial
* Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care advantageous
