Female Support Worker - Christchurch
Part-Time (28.5 hours per week averaged over a two-week rolling rota)
£85 per Hour
Full UK/EU Manual Driving License Essential
Dimensions is seeking Female Support Workers to make a meaningful difference to two ladies we support in Christchurch by empowering their independence and supporting them to lead fulfilled lives.
We are able to accept applications for part-time Female Support Workers. 00) shifts & Sleep-Ins. There will be a requirement to work alternate weekends. 85 per hour. Sleep-in shifts are paid at an allowance of £50 per shift).
The ladies we support are in their 60's. One has learning disabilities and the other Down's Syndrome and a learning disability. The ladies both enjoy days full of activities and would like to meet Female Support Workers who can support them to:
Going to Fresh Outlook on Tuesdays (activity club where bowling, bowls and arts & crafts happen)
Going out in their cars
Helping to organise long weekends away
Looking after their pet rabbit
Female Support Workers will also support the ladies by assisting with day-to-day tasks (which include - but are not limited to - finances, shopping, cooking & personal care)
As these ladies have their own vehicles it is essential all Female Support Workers hold a full UK/EU Driving License.
