Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across individuals homes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Duties
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to meet health and safety standards
* Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
* Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls as needed
* Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and report any faults or damages
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times during cleaning activities
* Ensure all areas are kept tidy, organised, and presentable throughout the day
* Adhere to client-specific cleaning schedules and instructions
Experience
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
* Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
* Good organisational skills and reliability are essential for maintaining consistent quality standards
