🚀 Senior Development Engineer – Electronics & Firmware (Precision Instrumentation)

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead electronics-driven product development from concept through to production
* Take full ownership of designs—hardware, firmware, and system integration
* Work hands-on with analogue & digital electronics and embedded systems
* Collaborate closely with precision mechanical engineers in a true R&D environment
* Drive projects forward with autonomy and accountability
⚙️ What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
* Strong experience in electronics design (analogue + digital)
* Embedded firmware development (C / C++)
* Work with motors, sensors (LVDTs, load cells), and temperature control systems
* Proven track record of delivering real, physical electro-mechanical products
* Confidence in taking products from idea → validation → production → support - Full lifecycle

* Cross Discipline of Electronics, Firmware and Mechanical
