Marketing Manager opportunity, working with a well-known, high innovation food brand with an interesting and unique heritage and an opportunity not to be missed. The mission for the business has clear purpose with health and sustainability at its core.
The role is hybrid working and will require travel to an office 2 days a week plus some travel to other manufacturing sites.
You will have a Brand Manager as direct report as well as close cross functional relationships including Operations, NPD, Sales & Category.
This is a UK & European Brand, but the company are part of a global business with high performing brands across a number of categories.
To be successful as Marketing Manager you will be….
1. Currently working as Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager within an FMCG product area – ideally Food or Drink brands.
2. Have a business oriented and commercial mind set with strong experience of managing budgets
3. Excel in ideation, co-creation, proposition development and refining compelling propositions based on consumer insight.
4. Strong project management and direct team management experience to lead, develop and inspire.
5. Excellent communication is a given, but the nature of this brand ownership will mean building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential.
There are great things ahead in this opportunity including re-branding and exciting plans for media advertising with the budgets to support growth.
