You’ll provide accurate, timely quotations and build strong relationships with Customers, Agents, and Distributors. Your goal will be to exceed expectations, ensuring Cathelco’s reputation for excellence continues to thrive.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and manage quotations for a wide range of products, ensuring technical accuracy and customer alignment.
* Convert quotes into orders through confident negotiation and timely follow-up.
* Maintain accuracy in SAP and CRM systems and assist with order processing as required.
* Respond to quotation requests promptly, with an average turnaround of 24 hours.
* Monitor performance metrics like hit rates and gross margins, striving for continuous improvement.
* Identify and seize up-selling and cross‑selling opportunities to enhance customer value.
* Collaborate with internal teams to share leads, insights, and market trends.
* Stay updated on competitor activities, recommending actions to maintain our competitive edge.
* Ensure compliance with legal and company standards, delivering complete, accurate orders for smooth processing.
