Salary
£28,438, rising to £30,253 after 9‑month probation.
Location
Onsite in Guildford (GU1 4SY).
Hours
Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm.
What You’ll Do
* Work towards clear targets and KPIs, including quality & compliance SLAs.
* Manage a caseload of customers, with face‑to‑face appointments throughout the day, creating SMART action plans and providing job‑searching support.
* Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets.
* Collaborate with external services to tackle complex challenges and help overcome barriers.
What You’ll Bring
* A background in target‑driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
* Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs.
* Experience of working in customer‑facing roles in a fast‑paced environment.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records.
* Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference.
