Temp All Staffing Ltd are seeking motivated Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of our client, to join a office-based team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an individual with a background in mechanical equipment and parts supply looking to further their career. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, identify technical components, and drive spare parts sales for construction machinery.
The Role
1. Sales & Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
2. Parts Identification: Read and interpret electronic technical parts manuals and computer parts systems.
3. Customer Support: Advise customers on part availability, pricing, and delivery options.
4. Order Processing: Key sales data accurately into our system and track orders to completion.
5. Task Management: Prioritise urgent orders and multitask effectively under pressure.
Your Experience/ Requirements
Essential
6. Mechanical Mindset: Strong natural understanding of mechanical equipment and how components interact.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for managing phone calls and emails professionally.
8. Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to read, navigate, and understand computerised parts systems.
9. Work Ethic: Quick learner who can prioritise workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
10. Education: Good pass at GCSE Maths or an equivalent qualification.
11. Experience: Background in technical sales, parts supply, or hands-on experience as a mechanic/fitter.
12. Industry Passion: Genuine knowledge of and interest in construction machinery products.
