Job Description:
A world leading manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy team in Basingstoke. You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers. This role is varied and would suit someone with exceptional communication skills.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Main responsibilities include:
* Managing designated accounts and liaising directly with manufacturing partners
* Quoting, data entry, contract review, and handling NDAs as necessary
* Manual order entry, processing, and acknowledgements
* Understanding multi-currency processes
* In-house communication with sales managers
* Setting up new customer accounts, processing application forms, and end-user statements
* Running weekly system reports and updating sales orders
* Managing weekly order books and shipping reports with manufacturers and warehouses
Candidate requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced organizational skills in Outlook
* Excellent communication and telephone skills for assisting customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
