The school supports secondary-aged pupils with emotional and attachment needs, providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that enables pupils to engage with learning, develop resilience, and build positive relationships. This role is ideal for experienced Learning Support Assistants, as well as candidates with transferable experience from childcare, care, youth work, mental health support, or other people-focused roles.
