In this role, you will build, test and maintain mechanical and/or electrical assemblies to high quality standards. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet customer expectations while supporting continuous improvement across the department. Production Operative – Key Responsibilities Build mechanical and electrical assemblies using technical drawings, SOPs and CMMs. Assemble, inspect and test components and finished products to ensure accuracy and quality. Carry out electro‑mechanical work including fans, motors and heaters. Use a range of hand tools and measuring equipment (e.g., torque drivers, crimp tools, micrometers, verniers). Identify and troubleshoot issues through testing and inspection. Production Operative – Skills & Experience Competent with hand tools Willingness to learn! Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Methodical, logical and able to manage time effectively. Professional, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
