Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Wedding & Events Planner to join our existing team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a Wedding & Events Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings / events ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly and meets the clients' expectations. Your role will involve working closely with couples to understand their vision and preferences while providing expert guidance throughout the planning process. Vision for upcoiming key calender dates in order to utilse the sites function suite and resturant(s) for additional events throughout the calendar year.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with clients to establish their wedding vision, budget, and timeline.
* Coordinate logistics for the wedding day, including scheduling, setup, and breakdown.
* Provide exceptional guest services to ensure a memorable experience for all attendees.
* Manage timelines effectively to ensure all aspects of the wedding run smoothly.
* Upsell additional services or products that enhance the overall wedding experience.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the planning process.
* Assist in fundraising efforts if required for specific events or charitable contributions.
Qualifications
* Proven organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
* Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
* Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings is advantageous.
* A background in fundraising can be beneficial for certain projects.
