We’re looking for a hard-working, passionate Supervisor ready to help lead a team to greatness so we can provide the best hear and eye care possible. So, as long as you have some previous retail optics experience, are ready to learn, work hard to keep our colleagues and customers happy, whoever you are, you can make a difference here.

Main Responsibilities
* Overseeing the shop floor and ensuring clinics are on time
* Lead by example in excellent customer service
* Ensuring all targets and goals are met throughout the team
* Maintaining the store and supporting the staff
* Ensure shop floor is always presented well
