Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them with their selections.
* Maintain knowledge of current promotions and products to effectively upsell.
* Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the EPOS system.
* Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the shop.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
* Support marketing efforts through promotional displays and product demonstrations.
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
* Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
