Description Midday Assistant Closing Date: Midday Wednesday 4 th March 2026 Interview Date(s): Wednesday 11 th March 2026 Job Start Date: Monday 13 th April 2026 (or sooner by agreement) Salary: Pay Band 1, £24,310 to £24,413 Full Time Equivalent Contract: Permanent, 39 weeks (Term Time Only) Part Time Hours of Work: 5 hours per week Monday to Friday 12.00pm to 1.00pm We are looking for a well organised, self-motivated person with a range of practical skills to join our friendly and approachable staff team. Both experienced and new to role would be welcome to apply given relevant skills. As a Midday Assistant, you will be required to support and encourage children whilst eating their lunch and ensuring that the children follow the school’s behaviour expectations. Training and support will be provided.
