The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
This is more than just a job - it's a genuine pathway to Equity Partner. As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be stepping into a key leadership role, managing a small but talented team, driving project delivery, and playing a pivotal part in expanding the firm's presence across the region.

The firm is looking for a proactive Associate Quantity Surveyor who's ready to make an impact from day one - adding real value, mentoring junior team members, and growing into a strategic leadership position.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
* RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
* Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
* Excellent pre & post contract experience
* Eager to manage a team and mentor junior surveyors
* A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK PQS/Consultancy environments

* £60,000 - £70,000 (negotiable)
* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Flexible working 2x days per week
