We are looking for a Commercial Finance Senior Manager to join us, in a pivotal role within our Finance team: one that will champion our commercial agenda, partner closely with our senior leaders, and ensure our decisions are grounded in both data and intuition. Alongside the Financial controller you will be a key player in the finance leadership team, supporting the Head of Finance to elevate the voice of finance in the business. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Head of Finance-and with one direct report-you'll take the lead on shaping and elevating our commercial finance function. Your work will touch every corner of our business, helping us understand today while planning for tomorrow. You'll: Own the full Group P&L, clarifying revenue, margin and cost performance across all channels. Produce accurate, timely reporting for performance reviews and Board updates. Track key KPIs and turn insights into actions that drive profitability. Lead the group budgeting and forecasting process. Monitor variances and explain what's driving change. Business partner & support decisions: Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Work with senior leaders to evaluate new opportunities and strategic initiatives. Influence decisions with confidence, clarity and commercial awareness. Provide data-driven insight: Use financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Present insights visually through Excel, Power BI and other tools. Share relevant market and competitor trends. Help improve our data capability and visibility of key performance drivers. You'll be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA) or bring significant commercial finance experience, with strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail. You will also be an excellent communicator, -able to tell the story behind the numbers. With advanced Excel skills (Power BI experience is a plus) you'll also be someone who is as thoughtful as they are analytical, balancing pace with precision. You will have experience managing or mentoring others and be confident influencing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions. As we continue to move to a data-driven approach, you will feel comfortable making sound judgements even when the data is imperfect. Ideally you'll have a retail or multi-channel background, but this is not essential. You'll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where your input truly matters.
