We have an exciting vacancy for a Maintenance Shift Engineer within a forward-thinking food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a role that balances electrical and mechanical expertise.
What the Role Offers:
* Competitive salary of £47,940, with overtime paid at x1.5 for Saturdays and x2 for Sundays.
* Varied shift pattern: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00. Initially part of a 5-shift rotation, moving to a 3-shift rotation once settled.

Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the maintenance team, you will:
* Collaborate with production and technical teams to minimise downtime.
* Deliver both preventative and reactive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and reliability of production lines.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Proactive mindset with strong organisational skills.
* Exceptional teamwork skills - we achieve more together.
