• Shift Pattern: 8pm till 4am • 37.5 hr per week any 5 over 7 or fixed 5 days • 20 days holiday • Bank holidays lieu if worked • Overtime available Contract type: • Permanent contact• Must have proven experience working as a Chef in a fast-paced retail or similar food service environment • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations • Effective communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, front-of-house teams, and customers • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high food quality standards • Excellent organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team • Be computer proficient • Be able to work within a small team Ideally catering qualification or proven experience
