Assembly Operator
Location: Banbury
Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour
Shifts: Rotational (every 2 weeks)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days per week
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturing client based in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent hours, and a competitive hourly rate.
Shift Pattern
You will rotate every 2 weeks between:
* AM Shift: 6:30am 4:15pm
* PM Shift: 4:15pm 2:00am
Key Responsibilities
* Assembly of automotive components to required quality standards
* Working on a production line or assembly bench
* Using hand tools and basic equipment
* Following work instructions and health and safety procedures
* Carrying out visual quality checks
* Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements
1. Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience.
2. Automotive experience beneficial but not essential.
3. Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
