Role Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils in Year 2, both in small groups and one-to-one. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons. Help create a positive and stimulating learning environment. Support children with varying needs, including those with SEND. Contribute to the overall well-being and development of pupils. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children in a primary school setting (preferably KS1). A patient, caring, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
