Role Details:
* Location: Worthing
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexibility available)
* Salary: National Living Wage
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team, including document preparation and file management.
* Answer calls and handle client enquiries in a professional manner
* Manage correspondence, emails, and record-keeping
* Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining case files
* Ensure all tasks are carried out with accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Legal experience is desirable but not required - full training will be provided
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
