Team Leadership Recruit, train and develop team members, provide regular feedback, and build a positive and engaged team culture. Financial & Commercial Management Manage labour planning, inventory, ordering and stock control while identifying opportunities to drive sales and efficiency. Continuous Improvement Implement new initiatives, monitor performance metrics, act on feedback, and identify ways to improve store performance.
