The Role
Conceptualised, produce and edited engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms, while supporting our in-house photographer when required. Content needs to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Core Creative Skills
* Short-form video creation (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
* Photography for social media and digital use
* Visual storytelling and content planning
* Understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
* Creative concept development and content ideation
Technical Skills
* Video filming (smartphone and/or camera)
* Video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
* Photo editing (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop)
* Basic lighting, composition, and audio techniques
* Content formatting for different platforms and aspect ratios
Social Media & Marketing Skills
* Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
* Content scheduling and publishing
* Basic analytics and performance tracking
* Hashtag strategy and audience engagement
* Brand consistency and tone of voice
Organisation & Soft Skills
* Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
