Are you fun, energetic and caring? We are looking for a kind, confident, enthusiastic Support Workers to join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home with their family in Walsall. This young lady has complex clinical needs including tracheostomy care, medication administration and communicates using British Sign Language. You will be assisting her to attend secondary school, helping to make each day fun and empowering. What really matters, though, is supporting someone who is fun, active, and enjoys a structured routine.To help them make the most of these outings, we’re looking for people who know the local area and who hold a full UK driving licence. ✨ What you’ll be doing As a Support Worker, you’ll play an important role in helping this individual live safely, comfortably, and in a way that reflects their preferences.
