Days and Nights shift pattern (Panama Shift - 42 hour week)

Responsibilities
* Maintaining positive customer relationships ensuring they are supported during breakdowns and providing professional telephone support for both internal, external and PLC related topics
* Managing the hotline ticket systems for IT, facilities and controls
* Ensuring accurate documentation is added to the system from calls had with customers
* Attending sites during support office ours to support project works and training
* Troubleshooting PLC problems with end customers
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Must be able to troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens TIA / Step 7 is advantageous)
* Flexibility to travel when required
* Strong customer service/support experience within a technical environment
* Automation or Material handling background is advantageous
