The role involves assisting with day-to-day activities on major UK infrastructure projects under the supervision of Quality Managers. The Ferrovial 3-year graduate development programme aims to develop your personal, professional, and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Health and Safety and uphold Quality standards on projects.
* Assist in writing and reviewing quality documentation such as Quality Management Plans & Inspection and Test Plans.
* Support communication strategies to ensure understanding of quality plans among all staff and subcontractors.
* Monitor compliance with construction works and relevant documentation.
* Support investigations, audits, and reporting for the senior Quality team.
* Promote continuous improvement and customer requirements.
* Adhere to safety regulations and support environmental and sustainability policies.
Skills and Competence:
* Excellent communication and English language skills.
* Degree or Masters in any discipline.
* Motivated, analytical, team-oriented, and proactive.
* Understanding of the industry and Microsoft Office skills.
* Technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
Interpersonal Skills:
* Highly motivated, resilient, flexible, and results-driven.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation.
* Quality experience and CSCS Card.
Essential:
* Right to work in the UK from September 2025 for the duration of the programme.
