Having relied on an external consultancy for over 12 years to manage ISO certifications, SafeContractor accreditation, site audits and H&S advice, the business now requires a dedicated professional to take full ownership of this function internally. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of Health & Safety across the business, replacing external consultancy support. Maintain and develop ISO certifications and SafeContractor accreditation. Carry out site audits across all projects, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards. Review and update company RAMS, Construction Phase Plans (CPPs), and other pre-construction and design documentation. Vet and approve subcontractor RAMS and CPPs.
