Nursery Practitioner/Room Leader Heybridge £11 - £13.50/hour We are looking for fun and enthusiastic staff members to join our Nursery team as either a Nursery Practitioner or Baby Room Leader for either 4 or 5 days a week. Benefits: Good Transport Links Casual dress Room for progression The chance to work as part of a great team Excellent pay Responsibilities: As a Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader at our nursery you will need to be able to create a fun and inclusive environment for the children in your care as well as other staff members that you will be working alongside. You will have your own group of key children and will have to provide them with support and care throughout the day. As a Room Leader you will have the additional responsibilities of s upervising your team, managing ratios, helping staff with planning.
