Hennis Joe Care & Support is a provider for young people and adults 0-17,18 -64 and 65+ with Autism, Learning and Physical Disabilities, Drug, and Mild Mental health. We support individuals to develop the abilities they need to move on to the next stage in their lives.

We specialise in supporting young people and adults towards greater independence and the provision of outreach support.

To put the needs of the clients we support at the centre of our care plan and ensure their involvement as well as their families in our decision-making process.

Job Description

Job Title: Office admin

Salary: £12.25 per hour

Hours: Part time position, Working 3 days a week, 9am-5pm

Responsible to: Team Leader

Our main office is in CEME Innovation centre, Marsh Way, Rainham, RM13 8EU.

Summary

To provide care and support to service users living a Supported accommodation or in the community, enabling them to become valued and participating members of the community in which they live, by achieving maximum independence.

You will support service users with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility and meal times.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Updating our digital rota system for all our available staff members (i.e. reviewing and

amending the shift hours on a weekly basis)

* Serving as a first point of telephone and face-to-face contact for external and

prospective clients.

* Support with reviewing draft documents and policy publications.

* Producing documents and materials on the request of the company manager.

* Organising and assisting with the maintenance of an effective filing system for key

documents.

* Support the HR officer with reviewing the payroll systems.

* Contribute to the development of an admin system to support the functions of the

wider team.

* Co-ordinate the circulation of action points for all staff.

Requirements

* Strong experience with managing telephone and email enquiries.

* Minimum of 1-2 years in an office environment.

* Excellent communication and time management skills

* Competency in Word, Excel, Outlook and reporting software.

* Ability to be collaborative and work well in a small team environment

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
