OVERVIEW:
1. You will handle a broad caseload of commercial sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold matters, and some residential property work.
2. The appointed lawyer will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base ranging from SMEs, developers, landlords, and investors.
3. The firm is seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience handling both residential and commercial property files.
4. The capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
6. You will offer exceptional levels of client care.
