Lead Veterinary Nurse - Cromwell Vets
Salary: Starting at £32,000 dependent on experience.
Rota: 40 hours per week, worked across 4 or 5 days. 1 in 4 weekend days, with a day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing medical and surgical patients.
* Supporting anaesthesia and Schedule III procedures.
* Nurse consultations and client communication.
* Supporting patients throughout their full clinical journey.
* Leading the development and coordination of nurse‑led clinics across all sites.
* Weight management clinics.
* Dental health clinics.
* Senior pet clinics.
* Post‑operative and wound care clinics.
* Puppy and kitten clinics.
* Chronic disease monitoring clinics.
* Supporting RCVS Practice Standards Scheme (PSS) initiatives.
* Managing and reviewing significant event reporting.
* Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Supporting Dog Friendly and Cat Friendly clinic accreditations.
* Line management responsibilities.
* Training and mentoring team members.
* Conducting performance reviews.
* Coordinating SOP implementation across the team.
About You
* Qualified RVN with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
* Strong interest in nurse‑led clinics and patient care.
* Interest in clinical governance and quality improvement.
* Organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
* Flexible and willing to support across multiple sites.
