Senior Litigator
Salary: 50,000 - £65,000
PQE: 5+ PQE
Location: Northamptonshire

About the Role
You will take on a broad and stimulating caseload across commercial and civil disputes, acting for businesses, individuals and professional clients. Typical matters will include:
* Complex contract claims
* Shareholder, director and partnership disagreements
* Property and boundary disputes
* Commercial and residential landlord/tenant issues
* Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
* Professional and business reputation matters
* Debt recovery and enforcement

What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years PQE in commercial and/or civil litigation
* Confident in handling your own caseload independently

Working Arrangements
* Hybrid working
* Full-time, with some flexibility considered
