About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Charity Shop Manager to join our dynamic team. The role involves maximising public awareness of our charity's impactful work and raising funds through retail sales, following the retail strategy, and embracing growth opportunities.
This rewarding role requires managing all aspects of a busy third-sector retail business. You will lead a dedicated team of shop assistants and volunteers to achieve and exceed sales, growth, and profit targets, ensuring high levels of customer service in a fun and welcoming environment.
Working pattern
37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week, including alternate Saturday and Sunday working.
