Site Reliability Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build and optimise Kubernetes environments for scalable, resilient deployments
* Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline delivery and improve efficiency
* Develop and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure platform performance and uptime
* Manage code repositories and version control processes to support collaborative development
* Drive automation across deployment and operational workflows
* Work closely with platform and development teams to ensure seamless integration
* Provide technical guidance on best practices for platform usage and deployment
* Lead on deployment automation, integration testing, and pipeline configuration
* Support ongoing improvements in platform security, scalability, and maintainability
* Stay ahead of emerging technologies to continuously evolve platform capabilities
* Travel internationally as required to support project delivery
Main Skills Needed:
* Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Platform Engineering
* Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration
* Proven background building CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
* Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
* Solid understanding of Git and repository management practices
* Demonstrated success in driving automation and improving system reliability
* Strong communication skills with experience working across technical teams
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
* Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial
