Our client, based in Craigavon is seeking to appoint a Total Waste Management Operator to join their busy and expanding team. Contract type: Temporary to Permanent Salary: £13.04 per hour Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 (45min break) This role will require someone with a 'can do' attitude who is willing to work within a busy team. The successful candidate will report to the company's Environmental Hazardous Waste Operations Manager and daily tasks will be set by the Waste Manager. They must be hardworking, reliable, and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities: Working at our clients site based in Craigavon the applicant will ensure the safe and efficient waste management system on site to include: Ensuring site housekeeping Interacting with client and adhering to all their site rules Loading of all vehicles for onward disposal. Includes skip receptacles and trailers Sorting waste materials for bailing / compacting Operation of forklift truck Preparation for service operations and collections. Booking skip and waste collections from the site. Waste experience or knowledge desirable.
